Which method of training will be used?

All training is delivered virtually.

What time zone are the webinars conducted in?

All times on the website are listed in Eastern (EST) time. For a webinar at 2:00 pm EST, that would 1:00 pm (CST), 12:00 pm (MST) and 11:00 am (PST).

What technology will I need to attend the training?

A reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device with audio and video capabilities. It is advisable to have a separate phone or device for technical support. You will also need access to a PDF reader for your course workbook.

Can I obtain a certificate at the end of the training?

Yes, participants can download the certificate from their account. Or will be emailed.

You will receive an email shortly after a live webinar concludes with a link to your certificate of attendance. You can also find your certificate by logging in and clicking on the “Certificates” section. If you have completed an online video recording you will need to click the blue “Mark Complete” button below the video and this will automatically create your certificate and add it to the “Certificates” section within your account.

Will the training be recorded?

Yes – All live webinars are recorded. You can register for the “Recorded Webinar Only” option before the event takes place and you will receive access to the recording shortly after the live event has concluded. If you are a member the recording will be available within your account shortly after the live event has concluded.

Or No – we want participants to feel comfortable sharing and engaging and therefore we do not record any of our training sessions.

You will receive an email with login instructions immediately after your registration. We recommend using the “Add to Calendar” option within this email to set this up within your preferred calendar. You will receive a reminder email 1 hour before the live event with your login information again. Please make sure to add [email protected] to your whitelist to ensure the login emails are being delivered directly to your inbox.

 

Can I receive a refund if I cannot attend the training?

If you let us know 2 week before, we will issue a refund, a week before, we will transfer your credit to another workshop. If you don’t notify us, you will be considered a no-show and will not be able to receive a refund or transfer.

Can I invite colleagues to join the training?

Yes, as long as they register for the training. All participants must register and have a registered seat.

In what languages is the training delivered?

At this time, all training is provided in English

 

Can training be personalized for our company?

Yes.

How can I ask a question after listening to a recorded webinar?

Please email any questions you have after watching an online video recording to support@………….. Our Customer Service team will respond with an answer from the expert in a timely manner.

How do I watch a course again?

You are able to watch your online video recording as many times as you would like for 12 months. Once you are logged in you will click on “Products” and then choose “Purchased Webinars”.

Can we mail a company check for the webinar?

Yes, we do process registrations and provide invoices that can be paid via check. Please reach out to Customer Service (support@…………….) and provide the webinar you are interested in, the registration option you would like and the name, title, company name, address, city, state, zip, email, and phone for the attendee.

 

Where can I find my receipt?

You can find your receipts by logging into your account (https://………/login/) and then clicking on “Orders”.

What is your refund policy?

Attendees will be given a 100% refund if the webinar is canceled by us.

Do you offer any discounts for non-for-profits?

Yes, please reach out to our Customer Service team ([email protected]) to get the most up-to-date discounts that we are offering for non-profits.

How do I login to my account?

To login you can click on the login link (https://……../login/) in the upper right hand corner of the site. Your username is your email address and if you don’t know your password you can use the “forgot password?” link.
